FR4 epoxy board. It is also an epoxy resin adhesive used. But it does not use phenolic resin as a curing agent. It is purely cured under high temperature conditions. Make its adhesive more pure. The temperature resistance is generally above 180 degrees. The mechanical processing performance is very strong. For example, we once conducted an experiment where using a cutting machine to cut even produced sparks. It can be seen that its mechanical processing performance. And it will not crack or delaminate. The electrical performance is very strong. Suitable for electronic circuit boards and copper clad boards. The substrate is also entirely fine cloth. Fiber cloth for electronic use. Its general density is 1.85. It is resistant to chemical corrosion.
